unnecessary movement, dan delivery process.
3. Optimizing Transportation and Distribution
Mengembangkan strategi optimasi transportasi melalui route planning, load optimization, fleet utilization, delivery
scheduling, dan transportation productivity.
4. Improving Material Flow and Handling Efficiency
Meningkatkan efisiensi perpindahan material melalui perbaikan material flow, handling process, loading system, serta
pengurangan aktivitas non-value added.
5. Enhancing Delivery Performance and Customer Service
Meningkatkan On-Time Delivery (OTD), Delivery Accuracy, Order Fulfillment, serta keandalan distribusi untuk mendukung
