Program Outline
Module 1. Understanding OEE for High-Performance Manufacturing
Memahami konsep Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE), hubungannya dengan produktivitas manufaktur, dan dampaknya
terhadap kinerja bisnis.
Module 2. Measuring Equipment Effectiveness
Mempelajari cara mengukur Availability, Performance, Quality, serta membangun sistem pengumpulan data OEE yang akurat
dan konsisten.
Module 3. Identifying the Six Big Losses
Mengidentifikasi sumber utama kehilangan produktivitas mesin, termasuk breakdown, setup losses, minor stoppages,
reduced speed, process defects, dan startup losses.
Module 4. Analyzing Hidden Operational Losses
Menganalisis akar penyebab hidden operational losses yang menghambat pencapaian target OEE dan kapasitas
produksi.
Module 5. Developing OEE Improvement Strategies
Merancang strategi peningkatan OEE melalui peningkatan reliability, pengurangan downtime, optimasi setup, peningkatan
kecepatan proses, dan pengendalian kualitas.
Module 6. Integrating OEE with TPM and Lean Manufacturing
Mengintegrasikan OEE dengan Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean Manufacturing, Root Cause Analysis, dan
Continuous Improvement untuk menciptakan peningkatan yang berkelanjutan.
Module 7. Monitoring Equipment Performance
Mengembangkan KPI, visual dashboard, dan sistem monitoring untuk mengendalikan kinerja mesin serta mengevaluasi
efektivitas program peningkatan OEE.
Module 8. Sustaining Manufacturing Performance Excellence
Membangun standardisasi, Daily Management System, serta budaya Continuous Improvement agar peningkatan OEE dapat
dipertahankan dalam jangka panjang.
